ASRock CoreExperience Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility and Registration

1.1 Each participant may only submit one application. Multiple applications from the same person will be disqualified.
1.2 Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Any false, misleading, or stolen information will result in disqualification.
1.3 Only selected participants will be invited to join the trial program. A total of 10 participants will be chosen at the sole discretion of the organizer.

2. Trial Participation

2.1 Selected participants must agree that all content they share during the trial period, including photos, videos, and written reviews, can be used by ASRock INC. (“ASRock”) on its website, social media channels, and other marketing materials, with the worldwide, perpetual, royalty free rights and license to reproduce, modify, transmit, publicly perform or redistribute the content in any medium without additional consent or compensation. Participants also guarantee that all submitted content is original, truthful, and does not infringe any third-party rights.
2.2 After being notified of selection, participants must confirm their participation within the specified timeframe. Failure to respond on time will result in automatic replacement by a standby participant.
2.3 Participants must personally handle all trial procedures; delegating another person to complete the trial process is not permitted.

3. Trial Program Requirements

3.1 Participants will receive an ASRock motherboard (“Trial Product”) free of charge for the trial period; however, participants shall be responsible for any costs of the trial process. The trial includes:
Documenting the PC build process with periodic photos. Sharing the Trial Product usage and experience according to the program schedule. Submitting a final written review and PC build results by the specified deadline. 3.2 Participants must follow all instructions provided by ASRock staff during the trial period and the Trail Product handling.
3.3 Participants must adhere to the schedule and deadlines for content submission.
3.4 ASRock reserves the right to request return of the Trial Product if content is submitted late or participants fail to comply with program rules.

4. Product Use

4.1 Participants cannot select the Trial Product color or model; allocation is subject to availability.
4.2 All Trial Products must be handled with care. Any defect noticed at pick-up should be reported immediately.
4.3 All intellectual property rights in and to the Trial Product remain the exclusive property of ASRock.

5. Personal Data Collection

5.1 Personal information collected during registration will be used for program management and future ASRock marketing communications.
5.2 Participants may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable laws.

6. Warranty, Limitation and Liability

6.1 ASRock reserves the right to interpret, modify or terminate the program at any time.
6.2 ASRock is not liable for any issues arising from participant negligence during the trial.
6.3 Participants agree to comply with all program rules, and failure to do so may result in disqualification.
6.4 THE TRIAL PRODUCT IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. ASROCK SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE TRIAL PRODUCT WILL MEET PARTICIPANTS' REQUIREMENTS, BE FREE FROM ERRORS OR FUNCTION WITHOUT INTERRUPTION .
6.5 IN NO EVENT SHALL ASROCK BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS, HOWEVER CAUSED AND WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF THIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR PARTICIPANTS' USE OF THE TRIAL PRODUCT OR DERIVATIVE MATERIALS. IN NO EVENT SHALL ASROCK’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS EXCEED THE COST OF THE TRIAL PRODUCT .

This program is part of the official ASRock website and is also governed by the ASRock Terms of Use Notice and Privacy Policy available on the official website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Republic of China (Taiwan).
